We are currently seeking motivated individuals to fill the following vacancies:

Position 1: Account Manager - Sales

Responsibilities:

• To maintain existing accounts and generate new accounts

• To represent the company in negotiating selling prices, terms and conditions with the customers

• To assist the General Manager in formulating pricing policies and operating rules

• To achieve given sales revenue and profit target

• To perform any other duties as requested by the General Manager

Skills and Experience:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in electrical or lighting field

• Good connections with manufacturers of OEM lighting fixtures

• Capable of working under pressure when handling multi-level selling

• Able to work independently; self motivation is essential

• Sound track record of achieving sales targets

• Excellent communication skills - proficient in the English language and understanding French is an asset

Position 2: Electronic Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the design, planning, research, evaluation, and testing of electronic ballast or switching power circuit design

Skills and Experience:

• University degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering

• Proven working experience in R&D

• At least 3 years experience in electronic ballast or switching power circuit design

• Fluent both in English and Chinese communication

• Effective English writing skills

Position 3: Regional Account Manager – Distribution Market

Responsibilities:

• To assist the National Sales Manager in specific regions
• To represent the company in negotiating selling prices, terms and conditions with the customers
• To assist the National Sales Manager in formulating pricing policies
• To achieve sales revenue and profit targets
• To assist our agents to achieve given sales revenues and targets
• To perform other duties as requested by the National Sales Manager

Skills and Experience:

• College education or higher is preferred
• Fluency in spoken and written English essential, knowledge of French would be an asset
• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the electrical or lighting field
• Able to work independently: self motivation is essential
• Strong ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication and organization skills
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets
• Own vehicle, willing to travel
