Position 1: Account
Manager - Sales
We have a need of both an OEM and Distribution Account Managers for North America. Based on our strategic marketing plan the qualified applicants will directly develop relationships with relevant lighting fixture manufacturers (OEM) and distribution customers. The role encompasses both supporting existing customers on their growth path as well as developing new ones.You will do this by leveraging your existing relationships in the industry, understanding of market dynamics and use of your strong product and technical knowledge.You are also expected to support our customers by helping them to train their sales teams and / or join them on end-user visits.This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated, communicative, inquisitive, and driven person who enjoys the start-up environment of a fast growing solid state lighting company that is making a difference.
Responsibilities:

Assist the National Sales OEM & Distribution Managers by managing specific regions
-
Directly manage and develop strategic relationships, using strong product and technical knowledge, selling across all levels, to achieve sales targets, and share growth plans

Develop new clients, serving as the key liaison between business and customer
- Lead and support customer specific product development and design in efforts to ensure that project timelines and launch targets are achieved for new product sales
- Represent the company in negotiating selling prices, terms and conditions with the customers
- Assist the National Sales OEM & Distribution Managers in formulating pricing policies, achieve sales revenue and profit targets, assist our agents to achieve sales revenues and targets
- Support product marketing activities including product launch, sales training, presentations, development of sales tools, competitive analysis, and sales forecasting
- Deliver sales presentations, value propositions, and product demonstrations to account decision makers
- Support sales through activities to agents, specifiers, and end users
Perform other duties as requested by the National Sales OEM & Distribution Manager
Skills and Experience:
-
College education or higher is preferred
- At least 2 years of sales experience in the electrical or lighting field
- Product and technical knowledge and understanding of lighting applications preferred
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Fluency in English essential, knowledge of French would be an asset
- Able to work independently; self motivation is essential
- Strong ability to work in fast paced environment
- Own vehicle, willing to travel
Position 2: Electronic Engineer
Responsibilities:

Responsible for the design, planning,
research, evaluation, and testing of electronic ballast or switching
power circuit design
Skills and Experience:
-
University degree in Electrical or
Electronic Engineering
-
Proven working experience in R&D
-
At least 3 years experience in electronic
ballast or switching power circuit design

Fluent both in English and Chinese
communication

Effective English writing skills
